My go to thing on bad days is to go on a long walk and listen to music. Not only does it help my ADHD brain process everything that’s going on, but getting really into the music and looking at the beautiful things around me gives this really big meaning to life, at least for a little bit. If that’s not something you’re interested in or you just can’t do it rn, I would say just try to hang out with someone (friends or family depending on who you feel the most comfortable with) and or watching stuff that you enjoy that can take your mind off any of the negativity.
