Writing down my thoughts and feelings has been incredibly therapeutic. anyone else writes a journal?
I know that it's essential to take care of myself. Whenever I'm having a bad day or feeling low, it's a sign that I need to slow down and take it easy. So, I make it a point to prioritize rest and relaxation. Sometimes, that means spending the day in bed and watching tv. Other times, it means just taking a break and doing something that brings me joy. I've found that by being kind and compassionate towards myself, I'm better able to cope with life's challenges and take on whatever comes my way.
I have learned to listen to my body and not feel guilty about resting when I need it. If I'm having a bad day, it's a sign that I need to take it easy. So, I will take a nap or spend the day in bed, if that's what my body needs.
