EDS and Dislocation: Have You Experienced It?

My first full dislocation was in the tenth grade, but my first subluxation I would have to say was probably in fifth grade. Now, I repeatedly subluxate my knees and hips everyday and there are times where my shoulder will pop out of place as well.

I do not have frank dislocations but have VERY frequent subluxations, which helped my doctors make my hEDS diagnosis. Frank dislocations are very common with EDS but not 100% necessary to meet the diagnostic criteria. Hope that helps!
