Dealing with EDS and daily subluxations

when it comes to EDS, so you mostly deal with dislocations or subluxations? i almost never dislocate, but my joints rattle around and get jammed way into the back of their sockets almost daily. it’s also caused bad bursitis around a few major joints like my hips. it seems like there is almost no treatment for sublux’s that i’ve been able to find. rest, brace, and tylonal 🙃

I’ve dealt with all those problems and my primary doctor just gave me muscle relaxers and they just put me to sleep. I just have to let it work itself back out slowly

I get full dislocations of both knees. Left is due to an old severe injury, the right is EDS. I can usually tell when it’s about to happen to my right, so I brace myself for the pain, say a little prayer, and get it back in. I’m getting sublux occurrences in my neck, shoulders, and ankles quite often, but I just deal with them as they come.

Subluxations all day, every day. Mostly my ribs, shoulder, jaw and ankle. Eating is difficult because my jaw clicks and pops out of place if I get too excited about chompin’ down my food. Compression gear helps the joints in my ankle not explode so much too.

Subluxations. I don't know that I've ever fully dislocated. Maybe once when I was 8, never confirmed. Rest, brace all good. I'ma allergic to most over the counter things so can't respond to that. Also pt. See if you can find one who knows eds and the muldowney protocol
