My clavicle pops A LOT (like a handful of times every day), and I have suspected EDS. It feels sore and painful when it happens. Is this normal or should I be concerned?

Holy cow, you too? I thought I was alone... clavicle pops out of place every so often and I have to manually pop it back in. Doc finally diagnosed me with HSD (highly suspected hEDS, but still running tests on that).

It depends on how you define normal š¤£. My joints pop out a lot like this, I also suspect I have EDS and I definitely have HSD. So within this community, this subluxation (partial dislocation) or dislocation repeatedly is very normal. If you feel like it ever gets stuck out, definitely go see a doctor. But in terms of regular management, I would suggest strengthening your shoulder and just being aware of what kinds of movement and stuff lead to it popping out.

@goblin49 sometimes it is just me tossing and turning or reaching for things!
