Does anyone else’s depression make it hard to keep up with their physical health? I have so many things I haven’t gotten looked at. On top of that I’m so much less active than I used to be or was when hypomanic and so I feel like that’s effected both my health and my self-image. How do I begin digging myself out of this hole?

Start with small steps. Visit your primary first. Specialists can wait. When weather is compliant, take a walk and soak up the sun.
