I have been depressed for two years now with worsening fatigue, and I don't have any way of getting out of this depressive rut. How can I feel better?

I know it’s common to ask but what do you enjoy doing? Make whatever it is a tiny habit every day, and gradually increase. Do you have a good support system? Parents, friends, other family, even a therapist. Take a shower! Take vitamins! Talk to yourself out loud about literally anything! Clean out a drawer! You are loved and you are important babe ❤️

I was in something like this a while ago. I got a therapist and she told me to take a break. Sometimes we need to take a break or do something fun to feel better. I got more friends and had a huge sleepover, and after I felt a little better. (Just remember that I’m not an expert)
