I feel myself falling into a sad depressive state. I have no time to get myself out of it though. I work 9am-6pm and have no motivation after work or in general to get myself out of it. I’m scared and feel so alone.

i'm so sorry you are going through this. if you are able to, attempt to cut down your hours or take some sick days. try to incorporate therapy into your schedule if you haven't already. also, 15 minutes of exercise and outdoor time goes along way, even if it is terribly hard to do in a depressive episode. make sure you are getting enough sleep and eating well, along with taking any meds u are prescribed. try to keep with a routine if possible, it will make your brain think that things are still normal. i hope this helps 💕
