It seems like the last few months have been extremely cold and the heating at home is dehydrating enough to cause me migraines, even though I drink plenty of water most days. Can anyone relate?

Dehydration definitely can trigger my migraines. Sometimes I supplement with an electrolyte powder drink. I hope it gets better soon for you!
