Debilitating Flashbacks: How to Cope?

I have this often and sometimes it sends me into panic but learning to change my thoughts can help. I understand this can stop you from doing basic tasks. Next time this happens, I think affirmations and distractions can help. If you ever are having a moment like this just message me and we can talk about something else to avoid this.
