do panic attacks ever make you feel like you are going to faint and how do you deal with that when it happens in public?

Really focus on your breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth like your blowing out a candle gently. It's not easy trust me I've passed out many times. It takes alot to take control of your own breathing especially when you're panicking but you got this. šŸ–¤

For me, I pass out or faint during my panic attacks. When I feel this about to happen in public, if I can sense it, I go to sit or lay down and try to leave the area

Yes my symptoms when I'm fully in a panic attack state I tend to hypoventilate which gets me dizzy and worse, but I currently am reading a badass book on mindfulness, which is a type of meditation... Id say you'd probably benefit from medication along with some type of form of meditative practice.
