I always get super tired afterwards. It takes everything out of me.

@Katastrophe I went to urgent care on Saturday because I was in excruciating pain more than 72 hours .. my husband or his family wouldn’t take me in til I broke down non stop and was suicidal . Had a mental break down in urgent care and fell to my knees in front of everyone I was embarrassed and when my pain was high my anxiety was so bad …

It happens to me almost everytime and it makes me feel so exhausted it's hard to move and sometimes I just pass out in the middle of it because I'm so tired from it

It's bc of the adrenaline, your brain releases the fight or flight chemicals and your body reacts. But once the adrenaline wears off, it feels like your energy was sapped, that's bc it essentially was. Allow yourself time to reenergize, maybe even take a nap, I know naps help me get back to normal. I hope this helped!

Yes I used to throw up and pass out from hyperventilating. Ik it's easier said than done but training to control your breathing can really help. I did running lessons to control my heartbeat amd eventually go tin under control but hyperventilating made my panic attacks so much worse than they had to be.
