Struggling with Panic Attacks and Shortness of Breath

Does anyone else have panic attacks to where they can’t catch their breath for hours throughout the day?

Try breathing in for 2 seconds through the nose, hold your breath in for 3 seconds, then exhale through your lips like you're blowing for 4 seconds when that happens. Deep breaths make it worse.
