My worst nightmare during panic attack is not being able to gasp for a needed amount of air for a period of 2-3 minutes. Then right before I feel like I'm going to faint - I finally get that despirate gasp of oxygen. This prevents me from leaving the house and living life fully. Does anyone else experience it? how do you manage it?
