how do you guys deal with overlooking into everything? like all the time I'll notice something slightly off in my parter's actions and I end up spiraling into thoughts that I've done something wrong or they're getting tired to me, etc. I talk to them sometimes when I get these thoughts and they're always understanding and reassuring about it but I feel like I'm getting annoying with all these constant intrusive thoughts TwT

Intrusive thoughts and overthinking is the w o r s t. I have the same issue at times with my partner and we've just had to become better communicators. We both have these problems, me more than them. And if either of us can't say outloud to the other- we text it as it can be easier when you're anxious to type something out. It helps us to be a bit mor analytical about it. Puts a bit of distance between us and the intrusive thoughts and anxiety they bring. Hope this helps at all šŸ§”

Self check in, am i overthinking? Is it really ok? If that is not enough then check in with your partner, hopefully your partner will understand. I annoyingly taught my partner to ask "how can I help?" I usually don't know, but it is nice to know they care.

OMG just tell me about that if I had a penny for every time I overthought something or was worried about something I said or just continuously looked into the same problem over and over again I would be a billionaire it's fairly common with anxiety the best thing you can do is try to take your mind off it or see if you can do a mix of therapy medications and finding a good hobby and it always hurts to reach out and share with people that care and are open-minded also familiar with that problem and just vent for a minute
