I just wish there was a way to feel some happiness and have a little energy instead of laying in my bed all the time

Sometimes I'm so depressed I'll sleep for 24 hours, not eat, and occasionally forget to take my meds. πŸ˜₯πŸ˜₯πŸ˜₯πŸ˜₯πŸ˜₯

I’m trying to use my downtime more productively. Meditation and light Martial arts like qi gong- tai chi help with focus, breath exercises can help too. Start learning to control the anxiety from within. Hope it helps .

It can be tough with anxiety and depression sometimes you feel completely drained or you feel afraid all the time for no reason. Constantly focusing on something is a way anxiety messes with our heads it makes us think we have all these crazy diseases and symptoms and it’s very draining. The best advice I can give is to try your best to distract yourself from what’s bothering you. And if you feel tired you can lay down but instead of sleeping or getting lost in your thoughts try reading something or maybe watch something you’re interested in anything at all that makes you happy. It’s extremely hard to ignore all the thoughts but it will get better with time. Sometimes it may feel like it won’t but at one point you’ll learn how to start feeling like yourself again. I wish you the best. Hope you feel better soon ^^
