      I cant even think about sleeping without covers, no matter how hot is... I think my mind associates that with being safe... and the chronic pain I have makes my body tell my mind we're always under threat. I do hope you fond a method that works for you.

      Just got off a call with my psych. Ordered Gabamentin. Said it really helps with both anxiety and restless leg. My legs make it where I can't sleep

        @Dillsmom I wrap my legs in a weighted blanket. I have been captan no sleep for the past three nights so I feel your pain. Hope the meds work love you
