Can't Sleep, Brain Eating Itself Away

Lately it's been so hard for me to sleep, I can't stay comfortable in any sleeping position, it's either too hot or too cold, regardless if I'm covered up in a thick or thin blanket, an arm or leg out from the covers, anything. I feel restless, but I just want to stay in bed all day. I'll stay awake all throughout the day, but not be able to sleep until 6-7 o'clock in the morning to the next day. It just feels like my brain is eating itself away.

Honestly I feel the exact same way it's like I'm tired all day because I stayed up all night but when I go to lie down I'm wide awake again..
