yes sadly🥲 rushed to a&e once as i thought i was having a stroke passed out in public my speech was slurred and i went numb on my left side , best thing is to not worry in the moment, take an antisickness/dizziness like prochlorperazine (best imo) and some painkillers i prefer dissolvable aspirin. hope this helps 💕
