Men have a really hard time with this because society has conditioned them to not show weakness. Not talk about their problems. To pretend they’re ok. To not cry. It’s hard for men to be vulnerable especially in front of someone they feel they need to protect. Like their family. My hubby has ptsd anxiety and adhd. We’ve been together 5 years. This year is when he finally opened up about it. Just let him know you’re there for him no matter what. That you won’t judge him or think less of him. Let him know you’re here to support him, just like he supports you. Relationships are work. For both people. Be patient with him and yourself.
