what i did is i found a hobby that i’m very passionate about. for me, it’s roller skating. it’s good exercise and it’s fun! do something that is fulfilling and eventually you’ll forget about it. idk about you but when i’m bored that’s when the thoughts really bother me
I always like to take a walk outside and read a book, sometimes just getting out of your room/space is always a good way to turn the headnoise down 👍
