take a bath and think. maybe get colored light bulbs to make you feel better with some music(not rock music) or go outside, take a walk and enjoy the weather. that tends to help me

Whenever I feel a wave of depression coming over me, I find a good movie and put it on. Get a huge bowl of ice cream with whipped cream to eat with the movie.

Always do at least one thing for yourself. One thing a day. Do your makeup, take a shower, do laundry, make a meal, do the dishes, go for a walk. Even something as simple as brushing your teeth for a full 2 minutes.

i’ve been struggling doing my online schoolwork because of depression lately. i found that when i notice i’m in a bit of a better mood i work on it. if you do something you dislike while you’re in an episode, nothing will get done. so put on music or anything that helps you relaxed and you might find it easier to attempt tasks

Weighing my options and at least getting the rest I need. It's very hard to give advice on this bc I get caught up and clueless, but finding an ear to listen. Even if I need to text the suicide hotline. They'll listen even if it isn't suicide. Just get the feeling out even if I can't explain. I feel less pressure
