Self-care really helps me. I take a nice bath with Dr.teals calm mind bath salt and then lotion my face and body. The little things really do help

I give myself a purpose on a daily basis. A goal. Just one. Even if it's simple like take a nice long shower. The feeling of accomplishing something you set your mind to really helps boost my mood.
