I wish I knew! I mostly have to set aside a good chunk of time to be alone to focus on my hobbies (reading, writing, crocheting etc.) I am still trying to figure out how to handle being overwhelmed in the moment though....hope you get some better answers than mine! 😊

I feel you! Breaking large tasks into smaller and more manageable tasks can sometimes help. I’ve found that asking for help from a loved one (with time available) has beneficial for helping to carry the load

I usually cover myself with the fluffiest blankets I can find and watching my favorite show with my teddy bear. I try to take it easy when I'm over whelmed and journal my thoughts

Break things down into smaller pieces; a project into more steps, information into digestible paragraphs.

I don't know it that's quite often and when I try to explain and you know what I get back it's excuse all the time
