Whats some good remedies for being overwhelmed?

      I utilize grounding techniques for in the moment relief and I’ve found them helpful. I count all the windows in the room or if I’m outside how many cars I see of a specific color. Sometimes I’ll do math problems in my head to distract myself too.

      I love to go on walks or meditate or do yoga. I also find Coloring very helpful and anything having to do with the hobbies I enjoy. I would say do what you love or rest and take a nap.
