Do you ever get so overwhelmed with how much you have to do that you just can’t do anything? I keep forgetting things I need to get done and when I remember I become overwhelmed by how much there is and shut down. Instead of tackling them one at a time like I should, I end up doing nothing and falling asleep. Advice appreciated!

What I do is very little at a time. And I would take a tone of little breaks. That makes me feel like I have done something productive. Just do what you can take a break, do what you can and take a break. Wash rinse repeat. I hope that helps.
All the time! I feel like sometimes everyday tasks are too much most days. It will get better with time and allowing yourself the space needed to better your mental health.

I am that same way.. Trying to follow the minute rule. If something you come across that needs to be done, if it takes one minute or less, do it. ♥️ It’s helping, but I still have so much to do. Lol

@tig21 it does, thank you! It feels like I need to do all or nothing, but maybe a little at a time is the way to go
