How do you deal with change?

Good question. It’s making me think. I haven’t given it much thought before but it definitely depends on what type of change. I know now that it takes my brain a little longer to adapt to change maybe than other’s. So if there are micro routines/rituals I can keep in place that helps. Like making sure to get a yoga class in twice a week despite changing circumstances or locations. And you could apply that to many other soothing things like a jog twice a week. A coffee and only one coffee each day. A tea in the evening. A favorite healthy selection of like 3 things stocked in the fridge as a baseline (like an organic coconut priobiotic yogurt, a baseculture loaf of bread to toast & grassfed butter, fresh organic berries). A vitamin routine that is simple and always repeated. A quick 1 to 10 minute meditation in an app. Using a strategy to observe my thoughts and behaviors sort of from a birds eye view to get greater perspective for why certain things are feeling hard.
