Literally do nothing but what i want. Sometimes thats hard because im in a relationship but most of the time i just do what i want. like, Game, watch shows, stim, not talk to people or make many friends, stay home as much as i can because i LOVE my own space!
I'm not sure if it's exactly healthy but I've found finding something I can control that's non-harmful (cleaning/rearranging stuff in my room, dying my hair, etc) helps sometimes.
