      Keep something around you consistent. Set a routine for a specific daily activity, like going to bed. Time isn't necessarily as important as doing the same things in the same order. Text a friend/family member, drink a glass of juice or water, scroll thrive YouTube, put on my favorite white noise. That's how my nightly routine goes

      Literally do nothing but what i want. Sometimes thats hard because im in a relationship but most of the time i just do what i want. like, Game, watch shows, stim, not talk to people or make many friends, stay home as much as i can because i LOVE my own space!

      I'm not sure if it's exactly healthy but I've found finding something I can control that's non-harmful (cleaning/rearranging stuff in my room, dying my hair, etc) helps sometimes.
