@Attie I love that idea of really cleaning an area. I need to do that. My anxiety is through the roof lately. Between life and med changes. I can't get a handle on things
Reward systems. Like a kid lol. "If you brush your teeth, you can watch a video". I stink at routines still though, but I've found reward systems are useful. So is planning your day ahead. I've also found it useful to sort of reset yourself by cleaning an area you spend a lot of time in
