      take things one step at a time. if you have a lot to do break it up into smaller tasks. go at your own pace and make sure you give yourself time to rest when you need to. alternatively you can set up prizes for completing things, like snacks or something you really like doing after to relax :)

      i find switching things up to be very helpful. like if im laying in bed for a long time ill force myself to get up to do something new. light exercise helps too.... sometimes it takes too much effort to go for a run but even a short walk can help a little. one thing thats really helped me feel better lately was doing easy homework problems because it distracted me from feeling sad and made me feel accomplished! :3
