how long have y'all had your migraine? I've had one continuous migraine since January 2014 that has obviously stumped every doctor on the planet. does anyone else have a similar experience with a migraine lasting an insanely long time?

I got my first migraine when i was 13 and im now 44. I can never remember a time when my head didn't hurt. Its always been a part of my life. Im sure i haven't had a continuous migraine since i was 13 but its been many many years since they've gone away. Im sorry you're going thru this as well. I wish this on no one.

Have you seen a sort of specialist headache clinic? Regular neurologists couldn’t t help me, but I found a clinic where I wasn’t so strange and they got me out of that cycle. They were experts on everything that could help and gave me a lot of good education and knew the right treatment options.

I feel ya. Have had a migraine for 16yrs. I wish I was kidding. I’m only 32 so at this point I’ve had migraines longer than I haven’t. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Brain and entire spine have been imaged multiple times and the only things that were found were degenerative disc disease in L5-S1 and a vertebral hemangioma taking up about 90% of T8. I've tried logging apps but I tend to lose a lot of information when it crosses from brain storage to physical writing and I have patulous eustachian tubes, so I have the advantage of being able to hear what happens in my head and I have no choice but to be extremely attuned to my brain and body and how everything feels

Has your neck ever been imaged?

This seems like a silly method after going to so many doctors but have you tried the app migraine buddy? You log in a bunch of information and it picks up on patterns that you may not have recognized on your own.
