4-day Migraine and Ear Pressure Pain

I’ve had a really bad migraine for 4 days now non-stop. I went to the ER cuz of really bad ear pressure pain and they did nothing about it. Has anyone else had migraines last this long? I have ear pain, nausea, and dizziness. Mine usually go away after taking my meds but not this time

Sounds like a sinus infection. Try Sudafed with your pain med and see if it clears up. Those new migraine meds work great. I use Emgality.

it ended being a sinus infection! Since I’m immunocompromised I got antibiotics. ER refused to consider my autoimmune disorder when evaluating me before I saw a real doc

Have you tried the old two Advil, two Sudafed, and a swing of coca cola? This works for most of my migraines but for my worse one they (e.r staff) usually give me Tylenol and a Benadryl

Yes I do. Mine is caused by multiple brain tumors in my left lobe of the brain. Could you go get an MRI done possibly? It could also be the brain slipping out of the skull or more fluid in the brain then normal. There are a lot of reasons for migraines, an MRI would be helpful if it's possible to get one
