Tbh I’m not sure of a 100% option, but I know if I’m spiraling or just obsessing over something, I try to acknowledge the thought instead of pushing it away. Taking a minute to practice “noting” generally helps me refresh. Essentially you focus on your breathing - counting each breath in and out (then going back to one when you reach ten) and every time you have a thought you just gently say “thinking” and return to the breath.
