How do I cope with the constant thoughts that I get due to my anxiety, even when I'm aware they may not be valid thoughts to be having?

      Something that I have been trying lately is a super basic form of mediating. Just close your eyes, take big deep breaths, and focus on one thing. I try to focus on my breathing, but sometimes it's hard, so I try to focus on a happy thought/memory.
