Your diet I think. Try getting rid of all meat, start with red meat. And no more dairy. Vegan ice cream and vegan milk and olive oils, etc substitute dairy. Change your gut health. The only dairy I recommend is LOW SUGAR yogurts. Fage Greek yogurt and "Oui" French yogurt (by yoplait)
