I’ve been suffering with blepharitis. Tried every thing from head pads, cooking pads, lid wipes, probably 50 different eye drops and just can’t seem to get rid of it. It causes extreme discomfort, eyes watery or drying up. Any one with any recommendations?

I'm told by my optician who diagnosed it that its only treatable not curable. I use lid wipes from my optician and a eye mask that needs freezing for 30mins before going to bed. These treatments combined are amazingly effective for the symptoms.
My Opthmologist FINALLY put me on a course of azithromycin. 500mg once a week for a month. I did that along with oil eye drops during the day and moist heating pads then ointments at night. I'd say I'm 90% and that's saying a lot after 3 years of these awful issues! As for the antibiotics. Good luck.
