What have your experiences been as far as your body’s relationship between caffeine and pain?

Check out some of the herbal supplements for energy. If one works for you, maybe you can wean off the caffeine.

I definitely feel better cutting out caffeine, but I do feel lethargic without a stimulant. My psychiatrist has me on Modafinil to help me wake up in the morning and it's been a big help.

With fibro, caffeine always makes it worse. HOWEVER, if I don’t drink coffee, I’m a zombie. It’s a pay off, but for me I have had this since as long as I can remember so I take the pain over the fatigue.

@Chroniclyme I feel the exact same way, I can't really function well without caffeine but I know it makes my flare ups worse. It's just trying to balance it all
