Me too, ALWAYS feel exhausted! from pain (fibromyalgia), depression, anxiety, caffeine crash, meds, stage 2 kidney disease, hypothyroidism and a couple other things. I've been trying to eat protein, and healthy food in general, regularly, to avoid dips in blood sugar and achieve consistent energy levels, but I can't honestly say that I've noticed a difference! š I think a good 8 hours of sleep, that is uninterrupted and has enough deep phases to it to be refreshing, is super important. My partner won't wear his CPAP and keeps me awake most nights, so I end up sleeping during the day... wish I had an answer for you, but bottom line, I'm in the same boat!
