I found increasing magnesium, b vitamins, d3 and K2, and calcium have helped me with fatigue and pain. But when I lost 40lbs it started to make me sick to have that much magnesium. I had to cut back a little. But if you're doctor is open to supplements maybe increase them one at a time for a week before increasing another one. I had to take a huge amount before I started feeling well enough to exercise. My only problem with it right now is i feel like I'm dependent on them. If i go a whole weekend without them i feel like i got hit by a bus forthe next two weeks. I hate that part.

I schedule out my day based on how much energy I have and what I may need to get done tomorrow so I don't overwork myself.

Honestly I'm still trying to figure out things like my limits and not ignoring when everything is telling me that I need to stop or slow down. I hurt myself more often than not even now because I still try and push past what my energy levels and pain levels can handle. But I've been working on it.
