I’m not sure specifically with a slow metabolism, I think I have one but idk, and ofc everyone is different. I ate a shit ton of protein, some carbs, and very little fat and tried to be as active as I could without making myself miserable. Like if I found myself getting really stressed and upset about eating properly and working out enough i’d skip the gym eat a burger or banish myself from counting calories that day. I did that for like 6-8 months and lost ~30 pounds. I had a professional write me a personalized plan, I recommend doing that if you can afford it. I gotta stress not taking it too seriously though, they might want you to but imo they probably have a toxic mindset. I stopped the plan like 7 months ago and haven’t gained the weight back by eating what whatever I want in moderation and attempting to eat some fruit/veggies, carbs, protein, and fat with each meal. I basically just keep in mind everything I learned on the plan and pay attention to what I’m putting in my body I’m certainly no expert, that’s just been my experience. Also I started low dose T around the same time I started the plan, so I know that helped a lot
