Everyone is different, they have different metabolism level and hormone levels. I started working out daily. Not super hard workouts. But like an hour a day with help from trainers at the small gym I go to. I also talk to my doctor and a nutrition counselor to find what works for me. I have hormones imbalances and adhd and anxiety and proper nutrition helps manage all of them...not like 100% but it does help alot. I used to eat healthy but my timings and what I ate were wrong for my body. My brother will eat processed fatty food all day and never exercise or even go outside his room but he is fit and muscular that you would never believe that he has never worked out in his life. I work out and eat healthy but I'm still obese. I changed how I work out and how I eat completely to fit my body and not someone elses. Luckily I'm losing weight now...slowly but its still working. I don't do fad diets or calorie counting. I eat pretty good 3 times a day with a pretty big snack as well. I don't do the protein powder or the veggie smoothies or anything like that either. I do eat what I like as well.
No me but my mother in law has lost a lot of weight doing the Atkins diet
