      My stepmom is a coach for a program that helps with well-being and weight loss, and I have a few tips that might help. First, cut out most of your carbs (especially anything that isn’t whole grain) and cut out fruit. Try to eat vegetables instead. If you eat 5-6 small meals instead of 3 large ones, it can help with your metabolism.
