what is the best non-prescription pain relief for fibromyalgia? Not just medications but anything from lifestyle, routines, supplements, etc.

@Overwhelmed it's a powder or extract from a leaf that you can make into a tea that can help a lot with pain. I use the brand zion herbals, NEVER use OPMS!!

CBD, arnica, peppermint oil, and Aleve are my go to.

Magnesium helps some, you be surprised how much of the us alone is magnesium deficient. Also vitamin d if you don't get out much, I've heard msm and coq10 work, as well as drinking turmeric teas. Bigelow has one that has green tea as it's base.

OTC topical creams can be helpful. There are all types from homeopathic such as arnica, lidocaine, and Voltaren. Ice and heat. Tylenol and NSAIDs or aspirin. Hydrate with lots of electrolytes and eat a healthy balanced diet full of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Seeking out diet and supplements for inflammation may help also. For example, nightshade vegetables such as tomatoes and potatoes can be inflammatory. For supplements, I find antioxidants and amino acid supplements to be of some help. I also bought a massage gun to use at home.

@ZeroKyu thats what I use. But I know unfortunately some people can't get it, depending on their state. It has been the only thing I find that helps my pain.

For me: dry needling, cannabis, strength training, hydration, and strict with food triggers.
