OTC Pain Killers for Fibromyalgia Flares

Do any OTC pain killers help you with fibromyalgia pain during a flare? My PCP told me to use Tylenol but it’s not doing anything for me. Same with naproxen and ibuprofen.

The blue emu cream has worked alarmingly well for me. CBD helps but usually makes me super tired.
