Best options for fibromyalgia pain relief?

What treatment have you tried so far? Medicine? Mindfulness? Meditation? Admittedly I combine the three, but I feel a significant benefit.

I was prescribed Gabapentin 600 mg 3x a day. It only really helps me with the stiffness and just takes the edge off the pain. I use ibuprofen, hot bathes, regular short walks, and medical marijuana. I did cut out gluten for a few years but the hassle became more than the reward. I cut back on dairy too but I still eat cheese.
