Best Meds for Constant Pain?

👍 i use magnesium as well. Also i soak in Epsom salts. I’m going to try Undiluted Magnesium soak from livingthegoodlife.com it’s supposed to be quite good.

I use magnesium high doses. And an occasional pain pill. My maintenance dose of magnesium is 400 mg in the morning and 400 mg at night.

Constant pain is caused by over active nerves sending messages to the brain. I have been treated with different seizure medications, each with varying degrees of success (or failure). Always talk to your doctor about different variations of pain management.
