Massage and heat have worked best for me. I need to get better at avoiding sitting in one position for too long, especially when I am working.

Are OTCs included? Voltaren rocks. Magnesium is a necessity. Ice/heat. Soaking. Stretching win moderation.

bio freeze is a god send. I also recently found something straight up called "Fibro Cream" made by Topricin. it works pretty well!

Not really a medication and it will depend on it's legal in your area, but cannabis has helped me. Specifically, concentrates/dabs. Might be worth a shot if you are able. Highly recommend taking a vitamin D supplement, and just constantly stretching/yoga to try and loosen things up. I did physical therapy for a while for it and it helped as well.

Well LDN isn’t a standard med, so I will list it since it’s considered an alternative treatment. Magnesium, vitamin d, chiropractic care, & massage are also helpful. A healthy diet as well.
