Hi, I suffer from severe OCD. It has been a battle for me for 35 years. About 8 years ago I finally couldn't take it anymore. I went to my regular dr and just broke down asking for help. She sent me to a Psychiatrist and he found the right medication to effectively treat my horrible OCD. Now I do still have my moments of doubt when touching some things or counting somethings but the amount of those intrusive thoughts is dramatically reduced. I just want the world to know there IS hope and effective treatments available. If anyone has questions about my journey, please feel free to ask I will gladly share my experience in this fight. 🤙

I sadly turn to social media to get myself out of my head. I know that’s not healthy. I’d like to have an answer to this question too 🥺
