I was wondering, when trying to heal from BED what do you/can you do to assure you don't fall into orthorexic habits. I easily fall between not caring at all and caring too much about my eating habits. what has worked for you?

What has worked for me was to consult a nutritionist through the process. She told me what to eat, when and how much. She helped me to avoid orthorexic eating

For me, my binging stemmed from an attempt to restrict foods I considered “bad”. I’ve actually found that allowing myself permission to eat those foods in the light of day, in the presence of others helped me avoid binging.
