Struggling with Eating Habits

I've had maybe 5 bites of food in the last 24 hours. I can feel myself slipping back into old habits and I'm scared. any tips to combat this before it gets worse?

Eating disorders aren't really about the food. Can you pinpoint what your vulnerabilities are right now that are causing you to feel like you need to restrict and go from there? I would definitely recommend a therapist if you don't already have one.
